REFUNDS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
SAPPHIRE + STONE Adheres to Australian Consumer Law in regards to refunds & returns. We are not required to offer returns due to a change of mind, but all returns will be considered. We offer refunds for faulty items. We always encourage you to be sure before you purchase.
We provide product photos and specifications for the products. We endeavour to provide you as much as possible, a true representation of the product by providing photos taken in studio, in natural light and in some instances video of the product will be provided. Photos are only edited to correct lighting and, in some instances, slightly enhance the colour to provide a more accurate depiction of the product.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your purchase receipt along with any supporting documentation e.g. photos to support your claim. Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with details to complete your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped we will not be able to cancel or make any changes. Email email@example.com or via Live Chat, which can be found at the bottom right of your screen.
